AV Project Manager – Corporate Events in East Kilbride

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading global provider of technical production services, specialising in corporate events, exhibitions and live event solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a variety of high-profile projects across the UK and internationally, taking full responsibility for the planning, coordination and successful delivery of technical event productions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in live events and exhibitions, excellent technical knowledge and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional client service and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage corporate events, exhibitions and live productions from initial brief through to successful delivery.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, technical requirements and post-event reviews.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and project budgets, ensuring commercial viability and profitability.
- Coordinate technical teams, suppliers, freelancers and external contractors.
- Conduct site visits, venue assessments and technical planning meetings.
- Work with technical drawings, stand plans, CAD designs and 3D visualisations.
- Oversee onsite installation, event delivery and de-rig operations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and company procedures.
- Travel throughout the UK and internationally to oversee project delivery.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven project management experience within corporate events, exhibitions or live technical production.
- Strong understanding of AV technology, including video, audio, lighting and associated technical systems.
