KeyResponsibilities:

Provideon-sitesupport30hoursperweek,scheduledbetween7:00am4:00pm,MondaytoFriday(exactscheduleconfirmedatleastonemonthinadvance).

Deliveranadditional10hourspermonthofscheduledout-of-hourssupport,includingeveningsorweekendsdependingonoperationalneeds.

Performscheduledmaintenance,preventativeservicing,systemchecks,andreportingwithincoreworkinghours.

ProvideresponsivesupportanddiagnosticsforAVsystemsincludingLEDvideowalls,AVcontrolplatforms,andmeetingroomequipment.
