An established AV systems integrator is looking to recruit an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of corporate audio visual and unified communications projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys managing projects from handover through to completion. You'll work closely with clients, engineers and internal teams to ensure installations are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard. The role combines project coordination with technical oversight and will involve regular travel to customer sites across London and the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple AV installation projects from post-sale through to completion.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors and internal engineering teams.
  • Plan project delivery, coordinate resources and monitor project progress.
  • Produce project documentation including installation packs, risk assessments and completion manuals.
  • Create equipment schedules, cable schedules and technical drawings where required.
  • Support system commissioning and oversee project handovers.
  • Resolve technical and logistical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with customer expectations.
About You

You'll have previous experience managing commercial AV installation projects and possess a solid understanding of integrated audio visual technologies. Your background is likely to include:

  • Project management within the AV or Unified Communications industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of meeting room, collaboration and presentation systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms or similar UC platforms.
  • Familiarity with AV-over-IP technologies, DSPs and control systems.
  • Knowledge of manufacturers such as Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp or similar.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics and construction documentation.
  • Experience producing technical documentation using AutoCAD or similar software would be advantageous.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project documentation tools.
  • Full UK driving licence.
