We have a new opportunity searching for an experienced Live Audio Technician to join our clients dynamic live events team. Youll bring expertise in digital control systems (Yamaha, DiGiCo), speaker design (d&b, L-Acoustics), and RF management (Sennheiser, Shure), along with a solid understanding of acoustics, IT, rigging, and power distribution.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional sound, confident communicating with teams and clients, and meticulous in their approach. Your Typical Workday:
? Deliver outstanding audio for live events, from setup to show time
? Work closely with project teams to understand client needs
? Prep and pre-build audio systems
? Handle RF coordination across multiple projects
? Mix live shows including music and spoken word
? Install and de-rig systems on site with precision and care
? Share your expertise to help deliver fantastic results

The Role Details:
Reports To: Operations Manager
Schedule: 40 hours a week, Monday through Sunday flexibility required, with plenty of opportunities for overtime.
Location: South Hertfordshire (25 minutes from central London), but largely on site.
Salary: Dependent on experience
Holiday: 30 days including Bank Holidays
