We are looking for a skilled AV Installation Supervisor to lead on-site installs from first fix to commissioning. You will bring strong AV systems knowledge, great communication, and a hands-on approach to delivering high-quality projects safely and on time.
Skills and Experience:
- Working knowledge of current AV systems, associated IT elements and their installation (including AMX, Crestron, Extron, audio DSP, Video conferencing, etc.)
- Understanding of client needs, room environments and use technical knowledge of AV equipment, design concepts and schematic drawings
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful approach
- Administration skills, including typing and reporting using Office applications
- The ability to deliver under pressure with minimum supervision
- To communicate effectively with people at all levels
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to delivering the role
- Experience of meeting targets and deadlines and working under pressure
Key Tasks:
- Managing all aspects of the on-site installation team from first fix to commissioning
- Ensuring that the AV system is installed in accordance with the project Scope of works and or brief and functioning
