Jacobs is seeking a Senior Associate Director – Substations (Primary Design) to lead FEED and detailed design for HV substations (132kV–400kV) within the UK Grid network. You will oversee quality, resources, reviews, and technical assurance across multiple high-profile projects while mentoring engineers and driving business development.

You will represent Jacobs in industry forums, manage tenders, and maintain strong client relationships with National Grid and DNOs, shaping technical standards.
