As a Senior Project Manager in our Program and Advisory business unit, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex, high‑profile projects across water, energy, transportation, and major development sectors. Your impact will be felt in the delivery of sustainable infrastructure programmes, leading multidisciplinary teams, strengthening client relationships, and driving innovation in project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.
  • Own client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and contributing to business growth through exceptional service and strategic insight.
  • Apply engineering expertise and understanding of NEC3/4 frameworks to ensure complex projects are delivered with confidence and compliance.
  • Contribute to planning and design phases, shaping solutions that meet client objectives and set new benchmarks for quality and sustainability.
  • Support bids, proposals, and business development initiatives, driving future opportunities for the team.

Qualifications

  • An engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience in an engineering environment (water, energy, transportation, or major infrastructure sectors).
  • NEC accreditation or experience with the NEC3/4 framework.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to take ownership of client relationships and contribute to business growth.
