In this role, you will:

  • Lead and deliver circular economy and sustainability programmes and projects end‑to‑end
  • Think at system level to drive meaningful industry changes, linking circular benefits with decarbonisation, natural capital and social value
  • Drive solutions across resource efficiency, supply chain resilience, waste‑to‑resource innovation, and circular procurement
  • Embed circular principles and circular economy statements into projects’ design and lifecycle
  • Drive business transformation and behaviour changes for circularity
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical and strategic expertise
  • Collaborate with our global Circular Economy network to evolve leading‑edge solutions
  • Support business growth, contributing to bids, proposals, and client development
  • Work closely with senior leaders, acting as a key partner within the team

You’ll be empowered to lead, influence, and innovate—without the need for direct authority—within a culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and bold thinking.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Strong experience in circular economy, sustainability, or environmental consulting
  • Deep technical understanding of resource efficiency, waste management, and decarbonisation
  • Proven ability to lead projects and deliver for clients in a consulting environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Experience in report writing, proposals, and presenting complex ideas with clarity
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence and coordinate across teams
  • Degree in a relevant environmental or sustainability discipline

It would be a bonus if you have:

  • Experience in material flow analysis and supply chain risks
  • Chartered status or a relevant Master’s qualification
  • Experience in infrastructure or multidisciplinary environments
  • Knowledge of LCA, data analysis, or sustainable procurement
