Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor teams in structural analysis, feasibility studies, tender and detailed designs, and the preparation of contract documents and technical reports.
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated, high-quality services to clients.
- Champion innovative thinking and diverse perspectives to identify best-value solutions.
- Work closely with UK and Global Integrated Delivery teams to optimise resources and ensure efficient, successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and time management skills.
- Project management skills related to bridge design or other disciplines.
- Strong technical design and practical problem-solving skills.
Additional information
- Candidates ideally will have a background in bridge design; however, we are equally interested in candidates from other disciplines and industries.
- Experience in asset management, structures renewals and post-tensioned structures, including post-tensioned special inspections (PTSI), is desirable.
