We are looking for an experienced and inspiring leader to head our OT & Security practice in Europe.
As OT & Security Director, you will lead the growth and direction of our European practice while ensuring excellence in delivery and client engagement. You’ll set the strategic vision for the team, identifying market opportunities and expanding our capabilities across critical infrastructure sectors focusing on energy, water, transport and major infrastructure. You’ll own the financial performance of the practice and drive sustainable growth. Working closely with senior clients and stakeholders, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, shaping solutions for complex programmes and ensuring successful delivery. Internally, you’ll lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a collaborative culture and supporting the next generation of leaders.
Key responsibilities:
- Own P&L and drive growth, setting strategy within a consultancy or similar environment.
- Provide strategic leadership, commercial ownership and people development.
- Manage and grow a multidisciplinary team spanning OT engineering, cybersecurity and physical security.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships while acting as a trusted advisor.
- Influence and build partnerships, delivering solutions across critical national infrastructure.
Key qualifications:
- Proven experience owning P&L, driving growth and setting strategy within a consultancy or similar environment.
- A strong background in critical national infrastructure or other regulated industries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams, including managing senior leaders.
- A collaborative, relationship‑focused approach with experience acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Experience in operational technology (OT) and cybersecurity highly desirable, along with a broader understanding of security across IT and physical environments.

- Full‑time, permanent, hybrid (2‑3 days per week at the office).
- Business travel across the UK and Europe is required.
