Our Construction & Logistics Advisory group within the Programmes & Advisory business unit brings together industry‑leading expertise from across global markets, supporting flagship programmes throughout the UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific. With a powerhouse team made up of chartered professionals and former Tier One contractors, we’re uniquely positioned to shape strategy, unlock Modern Methods of Construction, and influence the very foundations of project delivery at the earliest possible stage.

As a Construction Advisory Professional, you’ll be at the heart of this impact — guiding major projects from concept through design and optioneering, shaping construction strategy, phasing, methodology, and programme development. You’ll collaborate with specialists to create smarter, more efficient, and more resilient designs, integrating logistics, sustainability, and constructability into every decision. This is your opportunity to influence high‑profile projects, challenge traditional thinking, and help drive a “Design to Construct” mindset that transforms how infrastructure is delivered.

  • Deliver technical input and constructability advice on areas such as, but not limited to, temporary works, lifting and plant solutions, earthworks, traffic management, logistics, and CDM obligations.
  • Lead constructability reviews and risk assessments.
  • Advise on health, safety, and environmental risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or suitable relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of on‑site delivery across multi‑sector construction and engineering projects.
  • Experience in delivery of a broad range of civil engineering projects or a specialist in a particular sector.
  • Experience in capital project delivery.
  • Working collaboratively with other disciplines to achieve the project’s aims.
  • Health, safety, and environmental expertise.
