About the Opportunity

- Lead high‑impact urban drainage modelling projects across foul, combined and surface water systems
- Drive innovation using InfoWorks ICM, delivering insight across model build, verification and performance
- Tackle complex challenges—from flooding and CSO compliance to integrated catchment modelling and 2D overland flow
- Develop smart, sustainable solutions through optioneering and advanced analysis
- Work across the full lifecycle—from early strategy and feasibility to design, construction and optimisation
- Influence major programmes, engaging directly with clients as a trusted advisor
- Mentor and grow the next generation of engineers and modellers

- Advanced experience in urban drainage modelling, including InfoWorks ICM and InfoAsset Manager
- Strong GIS capability (ArcGIS, MapInfo) to support technical excellence and decision‑making

- In‑depth understanding of industry standards, regulations and technical quality requirements
- Ability to lead across multiple workstreams, balancing priorities with confidence
- Professional membership with ICE or CIWEM (Chartered or working towards)
