As a Strategic Pursuit Manager, you'll bring the leadership, commercial insight and collaborative mindset needed to transform opportunities into successful outcomes. You'll guide multidisciplinary teams through complex pursuits, helping them align around a shared vision while creating compelling solutions that address our clients' biggest challenges.
Your ability to think strategically, challenge convention, and inspire high‑performing teams (up to 100) will directly contribute to Jacobs' continued success. Working at the heart of our Growth & Sales team, you'll shape winning approaches, influence key business decisions, and help position Jacobs as the partner of choice for our clients.
In this role, the value you'll bring comes from your experience leading complex bids, proposals, and pursuits within infrastructure or similar industries, helping shape winning strategies and drive successful outcomes. - Bringing together and motivating diverse pursuit teams, often comprising up to 100 people
- Collaborating with sales, technical and operational teams to create distinctive value propositions

- Managing pursuit activities, governance and significant bid budgets through the end‑game process
- Driving best practice across our Relationship Based Sales framework
