We are looking for a Social Value Coordinator apprentice to join our Leeds office and work towards a Level 6 qualification at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Responsibilities

  • Manage progress against project social value commitments.
  • Conduct local needs analysis to prioritise activity.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to deliver targets and develop approaches.
  • Track progress, using measurement tools and generating client progress reports.
  • Collate evidence and case studies for knowledge shares and work‑winning.
  • Inspire, motivate and engage.

Qualifications

  • At least 120 UCAS tariff points.
  • An interest in developing a career in the social value sector.
  • Drive to get involved with a variety of busy projects and hands‑on activities.
  • Motivation to connect with people from all walks of life.
  • Strong communication and team‑working skills.
  • A flexible and proactive self‑starter who is passionate about developing new skills.
  • The ability to adapt and prioritise while juggling work and study priorities.
  • Enthusiasm and curiosity to apply your skills to solve real‑world problems.
  • Empathy and listening skills to help you truly understand our clients’ requirements.
  • A well‑rounded person – experience in volunteering, sports leadership or hospitality is valued.
