What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting delivery of major highway schemes across the South East, specifically for a major project in Essex.
- Applying cost intelligence principles to improve project performance.
- Working across both pre‑contract and post‑contract phases.
- Producing cost estimates, forecasts, and reports that drive decision‑making.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across clients, consultants and contractors.
Here’s what you'll need:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or qualified by experience.
- Consultant level (not fresh grad) in Quantity Surveying with experience in highways.
- Experience in both pre‑contract and post‑contract estimating.
- Exposure to consultancy environments (or a mix of consultancy + contractor experience).
- Understanding of cost intelligence / data‑driven cost management.
- A proactive mindset: someone who wants to learn, question, and grow.
