Our UK and Continental Europe team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Commercial Coordinator to support our design & build projects alongside key contractor clients. You’ll be joining a growing team delivering high‑profile, industry‑leading projects across the UK and beyond.

In this role, you’ll support the commercial management of complex contracts and work closely with project, engineering, and commercial teams to help drive successful outcomes across a diverse portfolio of energy and power initiatives. From grid modernisation and renewable integration to major infrastructure upgrades, you’ll play a key supporting role in projects that are powering the transition to a more sustainable and resilient energy system.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Commercial team in the management of contracts and commercial processes across multiple projects.
  • Assisting with cost control, forecasting, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Preparing and administering contractual documentation, including variations, applications, and claims.
  • Coordinating with project teams to track progress, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate commercial records and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Supporting subcontract management, including procurement, administration, and performance monitoring.
  • Building strong working relationships across multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, quantity surveying, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in a commercial, project coordination, or quantity surveying role within engineering, infrastructure, or construction environments.
  • Good commercial awareness with an understanding of project financials.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A working knowledge of standard forms of contract (particularly NEC is advantageous).
