As part of our ongoing commitment to digital excellence, in this strategically important role, you will lead the evolution of our BIM and digital delivery capability. You will champion best‑practice information management, drive continuous improvement, delivering our digital transformation strategy and innovation agenda.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of BIM strategies, compliance and governance in line with Jacobs’ ISO 19650 accreditation and client/project‑specific information requirements.
  • Manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) aligned with project‑specific Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and Asset Information Requirements (AIR).
  • Facilitate Common Data Environment (CDE) setup, governance and security protocols.
  • Be the primary point of contact for BIM‑related queries on projects.
  • Facilitate regular BIM coordination and clash detection meetings.
  • Coordinate and validate information exchanges, model coordination and federated model creation.
  • Oversee the delivery of structured asset information (e.g. COBie, IFC), ensuring compliance with project data requirements.
  • Contribute to digital transformation strategies and innovation initiatives within the business.

Qualifications

  • Collaborative and innovative mindset with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • ISO 19650 practitioner certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in model auditing, QA checks and clash detection.
  • Proven track record in leading Information Management/Digital Delivery solutions on multi‑disciplinary infrastructure projects.
  • In‑depth understanding of BIM processes, standards and technologies (especially ISO 19650).
  • Sound knowledge of 4D (time scheduling) and 5D (cost estimation) processes and workflows.
  • Extensive experience with GIS integration, COBie, IFC schema or data exchange formats.
