To assist with the ever-increasing demands of a fast-paced office environment, Stirling Park LLP – one of Scotland’s leading firms of Sheriff Officer Services, is looking to recruit a Diligence Administrator to join our Kilmarnock operations.

The Role

  • The post holder will work as part of a team to provide strong administrative support within our Kilmarnock hub.
  • This is a varied role which will require the successful candidate to be able to work on their own initiative as well as being part of a team.
  • Liaising with staff and clients by telephone, as appropriate.
  • Prioritise workload to ensure work is completed timeously.
  • General administration duties – dealing with telephone enquiries, mailing duties, banking, filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
  • Preparation of legal documents using our bespoke system.
  • Preparation of reports and invoicing in relation to service of legal documents and tracing.
  • Facilitate the use of database searches in relation to tracing.

The Successful Candidate

  • The successful candidate will be confident, politely assertive, possess outstanding organisational and communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and good general administrative skills.
  • The salary on offer is dependent on experience in the industry which would be of benefit, but not essential, as full training will be given.
