The Role
As a Collections Specialist, you’ll join a dynamic, target-driven team that values energy, ambition, and a positive work environment. Your role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with members of the public, negotiating payment solutions for outstanding debts either in full or by setting a suitable arrangement. You will manage your own portfolio of accounts, making appropriate recovery and legal action decisions. With ongoing training, mentorship, and clear progression paths, we’re committed to helping you succeed and grow.
