Responsibilities

  • Responding to all incoming post and SMSs in accordance with daily targets and ensuring responses are well written, complying with all guidelines and legislation.
  • Answering our Webchat service, corresponding with debtors live.
  • Actioning cases in our internal ‘All Incoming Communications’ preset and sending letters/emails as instructed.
  • Dealing with debtor disputes by liaising with our Clients, ensuring queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
  • Applying Breathing Space holds.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade C or above in English at GSCE level.
  • Minimum 12 months work experience in an administrative role.
  • Proven Literacy Skills.
  • Computer Literate including reasonable typing speed & good knowledge of Microsoft Word.

Salary, Information & Benefits

  • Competitive salary - £25,500 basic salary per annum.
  • Working Hours - 37 Hours per week, Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm with a 5pm finish on Fridays.
