🌟 What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Direct-to-Consumer team, you'll help drive the commercial performance of our online business. You'll learn how to optimise customer journeys, improve conversion, analyse trading performance and develop promotions that generate real revenue growth.
- Drive Commercial Growth
Help create exciting promotional campaigns, bundles and offers
Spot opportunities to increase revenue, conversion and customer engagement
Support the planning and execution of key trading events throughout the year
Test new ideas and identify what drives online sales
- Become a Data-Led Decision Maker
Analyse website performance and customer behaviour
Monitor key metrics including revenue, conversion rate, traffic and average order value
