At present, the Kenco brand accounts for almost 50% growth of the entire coffee category. We are therefore now at a pivotal point in the brandâs development and we are seeking passionate, creative and entrepreneurial minds to join our team.
The Assistant Brand Manager for Instants is a key role in the Kenco brand team, contributing to all elements of the marketing mix. As the ABM you will be responsible for developing and executing the Kenco BTL activation in addition to category growth driving initiatives. Previous comms experience developing strategies and execution across social media, websites, digital and shopper is essential. You will be responsible for category innovation and renovation projects, product portfolio development, design & artwork evolution and in-store activation. You will actively be involved in brand performance tracking and analysis. Success will be achieved by working closely and building winning relationships with our internal and external associates and agencies.
Responsibilities- With support from the Category Manager, play a key role in developing and executing the Kenco communications BTL plan across social, digital & shopper touchpoints.
- Be a âbrand guardianâ for Kenco, working closely with external creative, shopper and media agency partners.
- Be a champion for your brand and category, working closely with local and global stakeholders.
- Support the Brand Manager(s)/ Category Manager on range/portfolio management, including leadership of âadaptationâ projects, packaging artwork process, and deployment in store through powerful sell-in and launch.
- Responsible for brand and portfolio performance tracking and analysis, and supporting the wider sales & marketing team to create course correction plans.
- Supports Shopper Marketing JDE to ensure exceptional brand activation at POS.
- Ownership of the local marketing budget, management, tracking and reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Responsible for compiling market & competitor reviews in order to feed into plans.
- Supports Instant team members in various activities as required.
- Experience developing & executing digital & shopper comms across social media, websites, digital and shopper touchpoints.
- Previous Marketing experience, preferably FMCG.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with track record of building strong relationships/collaboration.
- An entrepreneurial, selfâstarter mindset (we are a âstartâupâ business).
- A âcan doâ attitude.
- Nice to have Assistant Brand Manager FMCG with 1-2 years experience.
- Affinity for data analysis.
- Experience in creation and activation of simple design projects.
- Educated to degree level.
