About the Program
Ready to kick‑start your career with purpose, passion, and a whole lot of coffee? JDE Peet’s invites you to join the Global Management Trainee Program—a bold, fast‑moving program where you’ll make an impact from day one. Over 12 exciting months you’ll rotate through key functions (sales, marketing, supply chain, etc.) and international markets, lead a high‑impact project, and collaborate with global teams to tackle real business challenges. You’ll grow quickly with support from senior mentors, sharpen leadership skills, and build the confidence to shape what comes next.
What You’ll Need
- You’re on track to graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in time for the program kick‑off in September 2026 and ready to start full‑time.
- You bring fresh perspective, with a maximum of two years full‑time professional experience.
- You communicate fluently and confidently in English.
