Ready to kick-start your career with purpose, passion, and a whole lot of coffee? At JDE Peet’s, the Global Management Trainee Program is your invitation to join a bold, fast-moving world where you can make an impact from day one. Over 12 exciting months, you’ll experience what drives our business from the inside out,rotating through key functions (sales, marketing, supply chain etc.) and international markets, leading a high-impact project, and working with global teams to tackle real business challenges. You’ll grow quickly with support from senior mentors, sharpen your leadership skills, and build the confidence to shape what comes next.

Please note that the location you apply for will be where you complete your first market experience. The program includes internal mobility and multiple rotations during the 12 months, offering you a chance to explore different roles and markets within JDE Peet’s.We offer a relocation package and visa sponsorship where applicable. Qualifications

To join our Global Management Trainee Program, here’s what you’ll need:

  • You’re on track to graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in time for the program kick-off inSeptember 2026 and ready to start full-time.
  • You bring fresh perspective, with a maximum of two yearsfull-time professional experience.
  • You communicate fluently and confidently in English.
  • You connect with our values and can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced culture.
  • You’re adaptable, curious, and open to new experiences.
  • You have a passion for global business and show strong cross-cultural awareness.

You’ve demonstrated leadership through:

  • Internship experience at companies in industries like FMCG, Financial Services, Consulting, or Engineering
  • Long-term dedication to extracurriculars, whether it’s sports, student leadership, entrepreneurial projects, or anything that shows commitment and drive
  • You’re globally mobile and excited to explore, not just during the 12-month program, but also for your role after graduation.
