The Sales Coordinator Role:
- Sales/Business specific office duties and administration such as sales order processing, invoicing, delivery notes, reporting and responding to customer enquiries.
- Assist with managing online sales platforms (e.g., Not On The High Street, Etsy), including processing and dispatching orders, maintaining accurate product listings and monitoring stock levels.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through timely, accurate and professional communication with retail partners and internal teams.
- Prepare sales data for presentations.
- Play an active role in driving sales and representing the brand at key tradeshows throughout the year.
- Organise, manage and update relevant sales data using database applications.
