The Recruitment Consultant Role:
- Manage the entire recruitment process from gaining vacancies through to servicing and filling
- Conducting sales and service visits with clients
- Working to quarterly targets in order to achieve individual and team’s yearly target(s)
- Conduct market research and lead generation in order to deliver structured business development
- Develop Key Accounts by delivering a seamless and bespoke service
- Consult with clients and prospective clients to provide support
- Create tailored adverts that are in line with legislation and advertise on various media platforms
- Promote Jacob Thomas Associates’s brand and contribute innovative ideas to support their Continuous Improvement ethos
