Our client is looking to recruit Assembly Operatives for their busy manufacturing facility based on the outskirts of Hinckley. This is an excellent opportunity to forge a career with an established company that will invest time in you to progress through their company.
The Assembly Operative Role:
- Assisting in the production of point of sale displays
- Quality checking goods to customer specification
- Finding and removing faults at fixed stages of production process
- Making sure production is accurate but still adhering to production targets
- Inspecting materials for defects
- Input into updating quality control policies
- Assisting in other departments where necessary
