The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, generating new leads, booking appointments and maintaining accurate customer records. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a positive telephone manner and the resilience to work towards targets. Previous call centre, telesales or customer service experience would be beneficial, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important. The Role; * Make outbound calls to potential customers. * Generate new leads and identify business opportunities. * Book appointments and arrange follow-up calls. * Build rapport with customers and maintain a professional telephone manner. * Record call outcomes and update customer information accurately. * Follow call scripts and campaign guidelines. * Work towards individual and team targets. * Maintain a positive, professional and persistent approach.
