Recruitment Consultant Role

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from gaining vacancies through to servicing and filling
  • Conducting sales and service visits with clients
  • Working to quarterly targets in order to achieve individual and team’s yearly target(s)
  • Conduct market research and lead generation in order to deliver structured business development
  • Develop Key Accounts by delivering a seamless and bespoke service
  • Consult with clients and prospective clients to provide support
  • Create tailored adverts that are in line with legislation and advertise on various media platforms
  • Promote Jacob Thomas Associates’s brand and contribute innovative ideas to support their Continuous Improvement ethos

Recruitment Consultant Candidate

  • Industry exposure in a 360 recruitment role
  • Highly self motivated individual
  • Confident communicator with drive and tenacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Attentive with an eye for detail and the ability to listen, understand and deliver results
  • Good understanding of legal and business compliance
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence, as this role will involve travel to client premises
