Recruitment Consultant Role:- Manage the entire recruitment process from gaining vacancies through to servicing and filling
- Conducting sales and service visits with clients
- Working to quarterly targets in order to achieve individual and team’s yearly target(s)
- Conduct market research and lead generation in order to deliver structured business development
- Develop Key Accounts by delivering a seamless and bespoke service
- Consult with clients and prospective clients to provide support
- Create tailored adverts that are in line with legislation and advertise on various media platforms
- Promote Jacob Thomas Associates’s brand and contribute innovative ideas to support their ‘Continuous Improvement’ ethos
- Industry exposure in a 360 recruitment role
- Highly self motivated individual
- Confident communicator with drive and tenacity
- Proficient in Microsoft packages, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attentive with an eye for detail and the ability to listen, understand and deliver results
- Good understanding of legal and business compliance
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence, as this role will involve travel to client premises
- Excellent basic salary and Profit share scheme
