As a Cleaner/Driver at SIXT you are responsible for washing and valeting our cars inside and out to an exceptionally high standard. You will also be driving and collecting a range of our cars to customers and other branches. Delivering exceptional customer service is an integral part of being a Cleaner/Driver as you are the first and last point of contact with our customers. This role is offered as a fixed term, zero hour contract during our busy summer period.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparation, valeting, refuelling and ensuring vehicles are to a high standard
- Ensuring vehicles are delivered and collected between branches in a timely manner
- Actively providing high level of customer service
- Managing customer queries and concerns regarding vehicle damage
- Correctly and accurately measuring car damage and detection
- Support with daily fleet checks to ensure maximum customer support during vehicle collections
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure both independently and within a team
- Working in other nearby locations, where reasonable, to support the wider business
