Jackson Young is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a highly respected main contractor in central London on a salary in the £90,000 – £110,000 bracket + bens.

This business is thriving, has a great reputation as an employer and is in a position to offer you a senior leadership position.

The business:

• The majority of their work is two-stage or negotiated and you will be taking ownership of projects from tender to completion. This section of the business focuses on projects in the £0.5m – £4m value bracket.
• Wide variety of schemes, they are winning work with blue chip clients in the retail, commercial, residential and arts sectors – new build, heavy refurb and fit out.
• Highly experienced, driven and supportive board. You will be working with like minded professionals and will be supported by the right processes and established supply chain.
• Great brand – this is a market leader and respected across the industry, it would be a career enhancing move.

The offer:

They are looking for you to take a lead role across multiple schemes. Running a small team, taking projects across all stages and dealing with clients and professional teams. This will be a role well suited to someone who likes a bit of independence and likes variety across their working week.

The initial role is to deliver projects but there is definitely scope in the medium term to move into a more commercial leadership role across the business unit.
