About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a prestigious super-prime multidisciplinary practice as part of its newly established London office. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the firm\’s expansion into the capital while benefiting from the stability and reputation of a business that has been established for over 70 years.
About the Practice:
With a long-standing presence in other regional offices, this practice has an exceptional track record in super-prime, luxury commercial, and ecclesiastical projects, including work with the Royal Household. Project values range from £1 million to £75 million, covering some of the most prestigious and sensitive properties in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cost management and commercial delivery of high-end projects across London and beyond.
- Provide pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services, ensuring financial control and cost certainty.
- Support and mentor junior surveyors, contributing to the growth of the London team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service.
- Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve best-value solutions.
- Assist in business development and strategic planning for the London office\’s growth.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor with MRICS or working towards chartership.
