One of Londons most respected super-prime residential contractors is looking to appoint an ambitious Project Manager to join their growing team.

This role is aimed at the kind of Project Manager whos performing well within a larger contractor but feels like just another name on an org chart. Someone capable of running exceptional projects, but not being given the autonomy, recognition, or progression they deserve.

You will work on exceptional private residential projects alongside some of the industrys leading architects, designers, consultants, and ultra-high-net-worth clients but within a business where your contribution is genuinely visible and valued.

Rather than being another layer within a large corporate structure, you will be trusted to take ownership, build relationships, and play a key role in the successful delivery of prestigious schemes ranging from £5m£10m.

You will oversee complex refurbishment and fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion, managing both site teams and client relationships throughout the process.

Projects regularly include:

• Structural alterations
• Basement construction
• Listed buildings
• Retained faades
• Bespoke luxury finishes
• Complex high-end refurbishments

This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong technical ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

You will work closely with Directors who remain actively involved in projects and are committed to investing in high-performing individuals looking to progress quickly within the business.

• Proven experience delivering high-end residential projects
• Existing Project Manager or Senior Site Manager ready to step up
• Experience on projects valued £5m+
• Strong client-facing and organisational skills
• High standards and strong attention to detail
• Ambitious, commercially aware, and solutions-focused
• Looking for greater ownership, recognition, and progression

• Clear route toward Senior Project Manager/Contracts Management level
