The Role:

As Project Manager, you will have a client-facing position requiring a dynamic professional with the ability to oversee complex projects while also being hands-on when needed to ensure excellence in delivery.

The Project:

This project involves the extending of the double basement, enlargement of the original property to include a swimming pool and other leisure facilities. The fitout will be one of the finest in London with the cost per sqf exceeding even super prime norms. The client is an end user UHNWI who will no doubt want to be involved.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead construction operations for project valued at £8m+ in Prime Central London.

•Collaborate closely with clients to understand and meet their expectations.

•Drive project delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are met.

About You:

•Proven track record in managing high-value construction projects (£2m+), ideally in the super-prime or luxury sector.

•Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to represent the company at the highest levels.

•A “hands-on” approach, capable of stepping into project challenges when required.

•Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

•Experience in working with international contractors is a plus but not essential.
