A fast growing tier 2 main contractor operating in London and the Home Counties is looking for a Project Manager to lead a scheme in Welwyn Garden City. Salary in £80,000 - £95,000 + car allowance + travel.
The Role: This £150m turnover main contractor has a first class reputation and works with a really interesting range of private clients and institutions. They are looking for a PM who can take a £15m refurbishment scheme from pre con through to completion. You will be reporting into the group director and will have the opportunity to build a team around you.
The Company: This main contractor works on a wide range of new build, refurb and fit out projects for private clients, generally in the £5m - £50m bracket. Their works are interesting from a design perspective and a lot have historical, heritage or listed elements… you’ll not get bored here! They have long standing, highly collaborative relationships with clients, sub contractors and consultants and you will find you have all the tools and expertise to succeed. It’s the best of a tier 1 but in a much more manageable scale.
