The Opportunity
A prestigious multidisciplinary practice with a 20-year legacy in Super Prime residential is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join its growing London team. Working closely with the Director of Quantity Surveying, you will support the delivery of some of the most refined private residential projects in the UK and Europe, including large-scale individual estates in the Cotswolds and Surrey and exceptional residences in Prime Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a QS who is close to achieving chartership (MRICS), or already chartered, looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, quality-driven environment.

This London-based practice enjoys an outstanding reputation across the Super Prime sector, with projects ranging from city townhouses to extensive country estates and luxury overseas residences, including in the Caribbean. Their close-knit and collaborative team works across quantity surveying, cost consultancy, and project management, providing a tailored and discreet service to private clients, UHNW individuals, and developers.
The Role
You will work on a range of high-value residential projects, both pre- and post-contract, reporting directly to the Director of Quantity Surveying. The role offers exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle, with a focus on accuracy, discretion, and high standards of delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of cost plans, tender documentation, and procurement strategies
- Managing valuations, variations, and post-contract financial control
- Working closely with private clients, architects, and consultants throughout the design and build process
- Supporting contract administration and advising on programme and financial risk
- Contributing to reporting and project meetings across multiple projects
- Continuing development toward (or maintaining) MRICS status with full support from the business
About You:
- Ideally 4–7 years’ experience in quantity surveying, preferably in high-end or Super Prime residential
- Strong pre- and post-contract experience
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Near to achieving MRICS (or already chartered) — full APC support provided
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing presence
- Highly organised, proactive, and professional in delivering bespoke, high-value schemes
