Our client is looking to appoint a managing surveyor to oversee multiple schemes across central London. Salary negotiable but £120,000 - £140,000 + benefits is the sort of area we’re looking at.

This is a well-structured and respected main contractor delivering prestigious schemes across the cultural, super prime, commercial and arts sectors up to £100m. They are looking for a talented leader to take a senior position. This is a strategic recruitment decision placing you in a key role as the business grows.

Not only is this highly rewarding from the off but the medium to long term potential is also very appealing; this role will suit the ambitious.

The position requires someone well versed in all commercial and contractual matters, and highly skilled in reporting. Two stage D&B is the main focus of the business and you must be very strong in this area.

Naturally, you will be providing leadership to the surveying teams and you will be able to develop and manage teams, although you will already find the calibre of staff very high.

Your portfolio should have plenty of city centre type schemes with both new build and refurbishment. This business is happy to consider someone doing the role or someone looking to take a step up or whose career has stalled.
