We are working with a highly regarded super-prime main contractor delivering some of the finest private residential and mixed-use projects in London and the Home Counties. They are now seeking an exceptional Contracts Manager to take full responsibility for a £10 million flagship scheme, while also acting as a mentor and sounding board to three Project Managers within the business. This role offers direct access to the business owners, significant autonomy, and a clear pathway into an operational / leadership role upon successful completion of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Full end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of a complex super-prime project
- Client-facing lead, representing the contractor at senior level
- Managing programme, cost, quality, logistics, and design coordination
- Leading site and consultant teams to an exceptional finish
- Ensuring best-in-class health & safety, quality control, and reporting
