Central London (W1) | Super Prime Main Contractor | Projects £5m–£25m

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and proactive Document Controller / Procore Specialist to join a well-established super prime main contractor based in central London (W1). Specialising in luxury residential projects ranging from £5 million to £25 million, the company works with leading architects, consultants, and private clients to deliver some of the most exceptional homes in the sector.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in architecture or technical design (Part I, Architectural Technologist, or similar) who is looking to grow into a Design Management role within a year. Initially, you’ll focus on document control, Procore management, and supporting the design process, developing into a more involved position over time.

The Role:

  • Manage project documentation across multiple high-end residential projects using Procore
  • Ensure accurate control of drawings, RFIs, technical submissions, and correspondence
  • Work closely with architects, consultants, and project teams to ensure efficient information flow
  • Support the team in preparing and reviewing design documentation
  • Assist with meeting coordination, minutes, and tracking design deliverables
  • Provide Procore support and training to project teams as required
  • Over the first 12 months, develop your role into a full Design Manager position, taking on more coordination responsibilities

About You:

  • Part I Architectural Assistant, Architectural Technologist, or similar design background
  • Strong experience with Procore or similar document/project management platforms
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple information streams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with consultants, architects, and site teams
  • A genuine interest in luxury residential design and a desire to move into Design Management
  • Proactive, collaborative, and keen to learn and develop professionally
