Design Coordinator - Super Prime Residential Construction Central London | Up to Β£50,000 + Benefits + Outstanding Career Development One of London's leading super-prime residential contractors is looking to appoint an ambitious Design Coordinator to join its growing design team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an Architectural Technologist, Part II Architectural Assistant or recently qualified Architect looking to make their first move into contractor-side Design Management. If you've gained experience working on luxury residential or prime refurbishment projects and want to become more involved in how exceptional buildings are actually delivered, this could be the perfect next step. You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, Design Managers and Commercial teams, gaining exposure to every stage of the construction process while developing your own career within a supportive and growing business. The Role Working as part of an established Design Management team, you'll assist with the coordination and delivery of complex super-prime residential projects from pre-construction through to completion. You'll be involved in: Coordinating architectural and consultant information Supporting the management of the design programme Reviewing technical drawings and specifications Liaising with architects, consultants and specialist subcontractors Assisting with Contractor Design Portion packages Supporting Project Managers and Site Teams throughout construction Helping resolve technical design challenges as projects progress This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you'll receive ongoing mentoring from experienced Design Managers and develop the skills needed to progress your career. The Person We're looking for someone who is passionate about architecture, construction and exceptional design.
