A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned super-prime multidisciplinary practice as part of their dedicated Country Estate team.

The Practice

Established for over 20 years, this practice is recognised as one of the leading specialists in the ultra-prime residential sector, working exclusively with high-net-worth individuals, private family offices, and royalty on projects of exceptional scale, quality, and discretion. With a growing portfolio of £50m+ individual residences, their Country Estate division is thriving.

The Role

You will play a key role across a select portfolio of prestigious private country homes in Surrey, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, the Cotswolds, and Berkshire. Responsibilities will include:

• Managing all cost and procurement elements of ultra-prime residential projects
• Working closely with Project Managers, Architects, and the wider professional team
• Conducting regular site visits across the region to monitor progress and costs
• Attending a London-based office once per week for team meetings and collaboration
• Contributing to client meetings and reporting with a high degree of professionalism and discretion

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor on high-end residential schemes
• Ideally MRICS (or working towards)
• Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
• A self-motivated, trustworthy, and highly organised approach suited to working independently across multiple sites
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South of England
