A well-established and highly regarded super-prime residential contractor delivering exceptional private homes across London and the Home Counties. Known for quality, discretion, and long-standing client relationships, the business is now entering an exciting period of planned growth.

This is a key support role within the pre-construction team, working closely with Estimators, Commercial staff, and senior leadership. You will play a central part in keeping the pre-construction process running smoothly, supporting tender submissions, managing documentation, and ensuring information is accurately controlled and distributed via Procore. This position offers excellent exposure to high-value, design-led projects and provides a clear pathway into roles such as Estimating, Commercial, or Project Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the estimating and pre-construction team.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents.
  • Manage and organise project documentation using Procore.
  • Maintain accurate records of drawings, specifications, and revisions.
  • Track tender deadlines and ensure key deliverables are met.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather information.
  • Support procurement processes, including issuing enquiries and compiling returns.
  • Assist in the production of reports, presentations, and bid documents.
  • Ensure document control processes are followed and continuously improved.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or document control role (construction experience beneficial but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Procore or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing approach.
  • An interest in construction, property, or the built environment.
