Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with talent and drive to help them reach their potential. The majority of their work is two-stage tendering, and they do not employ estimators, so you will not be burdened with trying to find a margin on a scheme you are not familiar with. You will be taking ownership of the project from the very beginning.

Project: £60m Cut & Carve with CAT A in central Bristol. You'll be involved throughout all stages and working with a strong commercial team.
