Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with talent and drive to help them reach their potential. They have a great reputation as an employer and are in a unique position to offer surveyors real ownership of their projects through the whole project cycle.
The majority of their work is two-stage tendering, and they do not employ estimators, so you will be taking ownership of the project from the very beginning. They are winning work from big name, top 10 contractors, which include a £60m super prime Kensington scheme, a £50m cut and carve in the city, and £40m works on an international iconic site.
You will be learning from the best, supported in order to achieve your potential, whilst being given the freedom to make your own decisions. The office is smart, with fun teammates and lots of social aspects, making it family friendly.
They are looking for quantity surveyors with a good grounding in new build or refurbishment works and the aspiration to be running your own job if not now, then in the next 6-18 months.
