The majority of their work is two-stage tendering and they do not employ estimators, so you won't be burdened with trying to find a margin on a scheme you are not familiar with; you will be taking ownership of the project from the very beginning. You will be learning from the best, supported in order to achieve your potential, whilst being given the freedom to make your own decisions.
Project: £60m Cut & Carve with CAT A in central Bristol. You'll be involved throughout all stages and working with a strong commercial team. They are looking for a quantity surveyor with some grounding in commercial works, ideally refurb and fit out but new build considered too.
