Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Super Prime Residential Construction Central London | Up to £55,000 + Benefits + Excellent Career Development One of London's leading super-prime residential contractors is looking to appoint an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team.
This role is aimed at an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who's ready to accelerate their career.

You'll join a close-knit commercial team delivering some of London's most prestigious private residential projects, working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Directors who are committed to developing the next generation of commercial professionals.
Rather than becoming another number within a large commercial department, you'll be given genuine responsibility, excellent mentoring and a clear pathway towards Quantity Surveyor.
The Role Working alongside experienced commercial professionals, you'll support the financial management of complex super-prime residential projects from pre-construction through to final account.
Projects typically range from £5m£10m and include: High-end refurbishments Structural alterations Basement construction Listed and heritage buildings Luxury fit-outs Bespoke residential developments Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with procurement and subcontract package management Preparing valuations and payment applications Managing subcontractor accounts Supporting cost reporting and forecasting Assisting with variations and change control Contributing to final accounts Working closely with project teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved As your experience develops, you'll take on increasing responsibility with the support of an experienced commercial team.
The Person We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded individual who wants to build a long-term career within the super-prime residential sector.
You are likely to have: 13 years' experience within a Quantity Surveying or commercial role Experience working for a contractor is preferred A Quantity Surveying degree or working towards one Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Most importantly, you'll be looking for a business where your contribution is recognised and your career development is taken seriously.
