Our client is a highly respected, owner-led super-prime main contractor delivering some of the finest residential projects in prime central London. Known for discretion, quality, and exceptional standards, the business works with an established supply chain and a discerning private client base.
They are now seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team and begin a long-term career within the super-prime construction market.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior commercial professionals, receiving hands-on training and mentorship across all aspects of commercial management on high-end projects. Key Responsibilities- Supporting senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers on live projects
- Assisting with cost reporting, valuations, and financial administration
- Helping prepare tender and procurement documentation
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers under guidance
- Assisting with variations, change control, and final accounts
- Maintaining accurate commercial records and documentation
- Learning super-prime standards, processes, and best practice
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
- Highly presentable, articulate, and professional in manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
