Aftercare Manager Super-Prime Residential London | Up to £75,000 + package A leading and growing super-prime residential contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Aftercare Manager to take responsibility for the successful handover and aftercare of some exceptional private residential projects. The business is going through a period of significant growth, delivering complex refurbishment projects generally ranging from £5m to £20m. These combine substantial structural and technical elements with the meticulous finishes and attention to detail expected within the prime residential market. The role You will take responsibility for projects as they move through commissioning, completion, handover and the aftercare period, ensuring outstanding items and defects are managed efficiently and professionally. A major part of the position is coordinating snagging and defects, working closely with project teams, subcontractors and consultants to ensure issues are properly identified, recorded and closed out. You'll also play an important role in the commissioning and handover process, making sure completed homes are handed across to clients to the standard expected at this level of the market. The company uses Procore for project management, providing a structured system for recording, managing and closing out project information and defects. The person We are looking for someone with strong experience in snagging, defects management, commissioning and project handover, ideally gained within high-end residential refurbishment. Experience of refurbishment rather than purely new-build construction is particularly important, as the projects frequently involve existing buildings, complex structures and bespoke detailing where resolving issues requires both technical understanding and a pragmatic approach. Just as importantly, you'll need to be excellent with clients. These are high-value private homes, so you'll be comfortable dealing directly with private clients, architects, consultants and other stakeholders. You'll understand how to manage expectations, communicate clearly and resolve issues without losing sight of the exceptionally high standards expected. Package Salary up to £75,000 plus package, depending on experience. This would suit an experienced Aftercare Manager, Finishing Manager or senior construction professional with a strong background in high-end refurbishment who enjoys the combination of technical problem-solving, quality management and client interaction.
