  • Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
  • New graduates will be considered; clinic indicates a 60-minute eval plus treatment model and a preference for clinicians comfortable with 60-minute evaluations and one-on-one treatment.
  • Documentation skills required, including evaluation notes, goal writing, functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with regulatory and clinic requirements.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, demonstrate clinical reasoning, and progress patients toward discharge within established length-of-stay expectations.
  • Willingness to participate in student supervision and to engage in professional development activities.
  • Adherence to state practice act, professional code of conduct, and organizational safety practices, including safe patient handling and infection control.
